The story is about a sailboat whose sailors were rowing due to a lack of wind:
The boat was annoyed by the sounds of them shouting “ROW” and that they were in a rush.
The boat hires some sawfish to cut the oars in half so they can no longer row. Everyone has slowed down, and now the sailors and the boat can relax as they bob along on the ocean.
This leads to a happy boat and crew.
